The QC Club Room staff prides itself on their ability to provide the guests of Quail Creek with one of a kind services and experiences.
We have the capabability to host any type of function, including but not limited to: Corporate Luncheons, Seminar/Training Sessions, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduation Parties, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Receptions and Golf Outings.
Our Facility Services
When renting the QC Club Room you and your guests will have full use of the main banquet room and the outdoor patio.
Event Coordinator Services
At no additional cost to you, an added bonus to renting our beautiful QC Club Room includes the use of our Event Coordinator, who can offer suggestions, services and sources to help guide you through the planning of your event.
Catering Services
Our ability to provide you with choices is one of the best ways we can show you our service is as good as it gets. The QC Club Room does not offer catering on-site. However, we will provide you with a list of "suggested" caterers, who will uphold our high standard of quality, service and professionalism. In addition to providing you with a list of caterers, we can also handle your catering needs for you. You provide us with your menu suggestions and we will take care of everything else.
Beverage Services
We offer full bar services with professional bartenders. You may choose from one of our existing bar packages or we will work with you to create the beverage service that fits your needs.
As per Indiana State Law, all beverages (alcohol and non-alcoholic) must be purchased from the QC Club Room. No beverages may be brought in from outside sources without the prior consent of the Event Coordinator.
Entertainment
The QC Club Room can go from the soft strains of Bach, created by the Player Grand Piano available for rent, to the fabulous 70's and 80's - complete with Disco ball and lighting system, within a matter of minutes. Or, if you prefer a disc jockey we can offer recommendations to you from a wide variety of music preferences and price ranges. In addition to the ideas offered above, we have a PA system with CD and microphone capabilities that is available for rent during your event.
Parking
If you have special parking concerns for your guests, we have a couple options available to choose from. We can transport your guests from our parking area to the QC Club Room by golf shuttle or Quail Creek shuttle bus for an additional fee.
